Leanne, injera is a sour dough pancake/flat bread that is part of every Ethiopian meal. They don't use silverware, you just tear a piece of the bread and scoop up the stew (which is called wot)--there are lots of spices, onions and garlic.
I'm glad you linked to Deanna's post, it brought tears to my eyes...
I want to eat at your house! I've never had Ethiopian food, but I'd love to try it, I love trying anything new!
