squishy baby, squishy bear
I know it is still March. Yes, I get that this is snow country. But I can't help feeling CHEATED and RIPPED-OFF with this storm. And of course I had to stop and get a few groceries and gas AFTER work last night. When I opened the trunk to put my bags in, a huge pile of that weird icy/hailish snow slid into the trunk. I tried to scoop some out, but my mittens are now in the front closet. Because I was, I was totally embracing what the calendar told me, Spring is here. 'Cept that's in name only. Shooooot. And the milk, I forgot to buy milk. Boo Hoo. Pooooooor Chenny (that's me, with an accent.). She lives in Minnesota and it snowed AGAIN. The baby is down for his nap and I could totally be out there shoveling. Could. But I might have a hangnail, and it'd be a shame to get injured and not be able to go in to work tomorrow. I'm gonna play it safe and save the shoveling for the Hubbinator. He is, as far as I know, hang-nail free.

those are some pictures I spent time gazing at. I had to take a quick break to jump w/M. at her bidding. Then the dog thought it was the opportune time to entice me with a dirty sock. Thanks for the photos! Bummer about the storm. -jr

oh B, yust you wait... dat Apepril can be a real goot 'now maker.
I feel your pain, Jen. This storm has just put me in the foulest mood imaginable. I almost had a hissy fit the other day when I had to bring out the big down coat again. A friend of mine told me that her 3 year old actually did have a temper tantrum when she had to put her "big" coat on again. Looking back, I am not sure if she was telling me that story to make me feel better, or make fun of me for acting like her 3 year old...
Maybe just so you know you are not alone, Dawn! lol.
I wore my big coat again yesterday, but not today. I just walked quicker from the door to the car...
