she, who lives in the practice of love

dear self,
stop.
breathe.
release.
...
again.
stop.
breathe.
release.

remember that the pain of others causes waves and warps in ripples all around them
be peaceful to help them calm their waters.
listen with love, to the words and the voice.
live in forgiveness.
remember that the anger and sadness of others moving toward you
is most often spinning off of some reeling and prickly hurts.
practice love.
practice forgiveness.
practice peace.

i am from a world of encouragement and adoration and clarity,
others are not.
practice strength and softness and gentleness in the presence of hurt.
let the spinning roll away from you, from the wounded.
live in love, it is forgiveness; it is peace, it is strength, it is unassuming and true.

let your hurt roll away
practice
speak your love in the encouragement and comfort in others
let your hurt roll away
practice breathing peace
practice the revealing of love
stop clouding your way with hurt
practice clarity
practice strength
let yourself live in surety

breathe.
release.
love.

..........
and, lest you think i am getting so zen that i am cool as a cucumber, don't forget my list.

I have never heard something that speaks so true to what I believe, who I try to be, and what I hope others see and feel from me. It brought me to tears! Thank you for putting it into words!
