part of the program

...includes exercise. Right? That goes along with the whole weight loss New Year, new me deal. Tonight I got a quick and intense work out. All you need is a $79 Ikea rug, one two year old, cottage cheese vomit. Scrub till the smell goes away! Get that heart pumping and arms moving (the rest of you will jiggle and shake, providing added stimulation to the bod).
I am not complaining, because throwing up is part of the program. I did it when he was cookin', he's doing it now. Full circle.

You crack me up! :) What a bummer though...

Unsolicited advice here: I learned this from some of my cousins... (one of which has a blog - Kate) to spray Windex on carpet, chairs, or any type of upholstery after all the puke has been cleaned up, and let it soak for a bit. It gets rid of any lingering odor! :) I swear by it! It's a lifesaver. Just.in.case.

We still have the stomach flu over here. Yuck. Hope he feels better soon!

Jen,
That is so funny! Windex is a cure-all of a character from one of my favorite movies (My Big Fat Greek Wedding). I will try the it.

Hope the puke stops soon. For your house and mine!

Definitely! I actually thought Carter was done but then he threw up again this evening - going on day four tomorrow...

Haha! I saw that but I don't remember the Windex. That's funny.

I do use it for just about everything, though. :)

Hilarious! Not the puking part, of course! Any way we move is good, I think! We live in four level split house, with the washer and dryer on the lowest floor- so I consider laundry a workout! :)

We've had the pukes too......although, I didn't get a workout over it. (DARN! ha ha.) MOST ended up in the bucket. I think I would rather have kids puking than feverish. Stomach flu is quicker.
