my versions of motherhood and wifery, friendship and sisterhood.
I've always enjoyed reading other people's bookshelves. Quite a mix you have there.
Like your selection of books! :)
I love looking at people's bookshelves! Though it would be even more fun to dig through it in person.
did you like the Suomilaiset book? I read it a few years ago, and if it's the one I am thinking of, I found it fascinating.
Jan, I haven't read it yet. It belongs to my Mom...maybe the next round.
Love the peak at your bookshelf! It is an honor you know... I feel a nudge to take out the Women, Food and God title, and an impulse to turn the Thomas Hardy book around. Love you! (Got here via Melanie) Rhonda
Rhonda! Have you read Women, Food and God? I really, super like it. and now i'll have to go turn that book around!
And I'm going to look for that leaves of grass. I think I'm a fan of Walt Whitman. Wanting to open that one, just to be sure. I like poetry.
